科研:多年来主要从事抗感染免疫、微生物遗传变异与致病和耐药机制的研究。发表论文80余篇,其中SCI论文近30篇;参编《自噬》和《微生物与感染新进展》等学术专著6部;主持国家和省部级课题及获省部级科技进步奖多项;培养博士和硕士研究生40余名。 教学:作为副主编和参编全国统编及“十一五”、“十二五”规划教材10部,承担教学改革课题5项,发表教学论文10余篇。现任新威尼斯v0008“江苏省基础医学实验教学示范中心”主任,负责建设的项目“以实验教学模式的改革创新促基础医学教学质量的提高” 获2011年度江苏省高等学校教学成果一等奖。 近五年以通讯作者发表的主要科研论文: 1.LI WEI*, QILI JIN*, YUANYUAN CHU, SHUYAN WU and RUI HUANG.
