嘉宾简介:

陈坚博士2003年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院;2011年于美国德克萨斯西南医学中心发育与遗传系获得博士学位;2011至2013年在美国OriGene Technologies担任高级科学家,研发总监。2013年入选江苏省“双创”科技人才及江苏省“创新团队”(OriGene Technologies)。2014年6月加入新威尼斯v0008功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授。

研究领域:

1. 使用小鼠模型研究肿瘤(胶质脑细胞瘤和胃肠道肿瘤)的发生,维系以及肿瘤治疗

2. 研究正常成年干细胞以及肿瘤干细胞“干性”的分子机理

3. 免疫检测以及肿瘤的免疫治疗

4. 使用纳米材料检测、示踪、靶向治疗肿瘤
