主要报告内容:Spider silk, has gained considerable attention from European research institutions due to its high strengths. It is a special fibrous material which may match bulletproof material. Since spider is a kind of carnivorous insect, the goal of mass rearing is impossible. Up to now, people have not produced bioactive fiber with super strength and elasticity like this. The professor NAKAGAKI started the study in which the silkworm easy to raise can spit spider silk. He has taken abb gene and spider dragline silk gene of spider, and the silk genes were transferred into the chromosome of silkworm to achieve transgenic silkworm with spider genes. Finally he won a specific silkworm with a high level of spider silk. Now he is cooperating with the sock manufacturers in Nara and the silkworm seed business in Nagano to promote industrialization and commercialization.
报告人简介:Professor Masao NAKAGAKI, graduated from Shinshu University and Nagoya University Japan and then studied in University of California, Berkeley. Now he is a professor of genetics in Shinshu University, and he has been committed to silk protein and regulation of its molecular genetics and expression regulation. His researches of transgenic silkworm with spider genes have obtained more achievements. In 2004, he got GMO silk with 1-2% of spider silk, as of 2006, it had addition to a 11% of spider silk which was put into industrial application in 2007.

浙江大学动物科学学院教授、博士生导师、蚕蜂科学研究所副所长、浙江大学国家985工程“农业与环境科技创新平台”学术骨干(PI)。联合国粮农组织(FAO)咨询专家、[Bull. Ind. Acad. of Sericulture](印度)编委、[SERICOLOGIA](法国)编委。
主要从事动物学生理生化学、蛋白质组学、分子生物学、生物反应器技术平台领域的教学和科学研究。主持或参加国家“973”计划项目、国家“863”项目、国家转基因专项、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士学科点基金、国家科技攻关项目、浙江省重大科技专项及重点项目等科研项目。主要研究家蚕生长发育及丝蛋白合成过程中相关的激素应答调控候选功能基因;构建新型高效家蚕重组病毒表达载体及相关技术,为建立家蚕生物反应器技术平台,表达生产具有重要应用价值的药物蛋白、工程疫苗等奠定了基础;从事转基因动物(包括猪及家蚕)研究;及shRNA干扰技术和应用研究等。已发表学术论文100余篇, 其中以第一或通讯作者先后在《Proc Natl Acad Sci USA (PNAS)》、 《J Proteome Res》、《Molecular Biology Reports》、《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》等期刊上发表SCI论文近60篇,EI论文2篇。获省科技进步奖和省厅科技进步奖等4项,授权相关国家发明专利4项,主编教材1部。
