陈良标博士简介
陈良标,男,中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员,博士生导师,中科院百人计划、国家杰出青年基金获得者。
1984-1988杭州大学生物系细胞生物学专业, 学士学位。
1988-1991中国科学院发育生物学研究所, 硕士学位。
1991-1996美国University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, 分子生理学博士学位。
1997-1999美国National Institutes of Health, 博士后。
2000-2001美国生物信息公司Doubletwist Inc.,数据库工程师。
2001-2002浙江大学生命科学院,教授。
2003-至今,中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所,研究员。
2004年入选中科院'百人计划'。
2006年获国家杰出青年基金。
陈良标博士目前主要研究方向为进化基因组学、生物信息及干细胞。近年来以项目主持人身份获得了包括国家杰出青年基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金重大国际合作项目、973、863、国家转基因重大专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目在内的超过1300万元的项目资助。在Nature, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A, Mol. Biol. Evol. , FEBS Letters, Evolution and Development等国际知名杂志上发表了数十篇论文。
