梁鑫淼，男，博士，研究员。1965年6月生于浙江温岭。1987年从杭州大学免试进入大连化物所，攻读色谱专业硕士学位，师从卢佩章院士和张玉奎院士。两年后，又以优异成绩直接攻读博士学位，1992年12月毕业获分析化学博士学位并留所工作，1995年8月晋升研究员。
