个人简介

庄文卓,医学博士,新威尼斯v0008细胞生物学教授。近年来,一直从事淋巴系统肿瘤的发病机制和耐药机制的研究。依据多发性骨髓瘤患者基因表达和临床特点,结合生物信息学、生物统计学多学科交叉综合研究,揭示了长链非编码RNA在骨髓瘤耐药和间充质干细胞成骨中的作用及机制,发现了在分子水平为骨髓瘤提供诊断、药物反应和预后评估的标志物,对指导骨髓瘤个体化治疗和预后评估,提高骨髓瘤的精准医疗水平有理论和实用双重意义。相关成果发表在Blood. 2021, Clin Cancer Res.2019;Oncogene.2018;Stem Cells.2018等杂志上。
