科学研究

目前主要从事基于生物医学多模态数据的多尺度生物网络模型的构建、分析与应用,尝试从分子、细胞、表型等刻画并预测癌症(特别是胃癌)的发生发展,为理解癌症的演变机制、生物标志物的识别、癌症的诊疗等提供理论指导。
